Welcome to CozyPawfect. These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of cozypawfect.com (the "Site") and any related services we provide. By accessing or using the Site, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Site.
CozyPawfect is operated from London, Ontario, Canada. You can reach us at hello@cozypawfect.com.
You must be at least 18 years of age, or the age of majority in your jurisdiction, to place an order. By placing an order, you represent that you meet this requirement.
All products on the Site are hand-embroidered to order. Prices are listed in Canadian Dollars (CAD) unless otherwise indicated through Shopify Markets at checkout. We reserve the right to change prices, descriptions, and availability at any time without prior notice. Despite our best efforts, occasional errors in pricing or description may occur. In such cases, we reserve the right to cancel any affected order and issue a full refund.
Submitting an order constitutes an offer to purchase. We may accept or decline orders at our discretion. Orders are confirmed only when we send an order confirmation email. Payment is processed at checkout via Shopify Payments, Shop Pay, and other supported methods.
All items are embroidered to order. Once production begins (typically within 24 hours of order placement), orders cannot be cancelled or modified. Custom or personalized designs are final sale and may not be returned or refunded unless defective.
Shipping terms are described in our Shipping Policy. Returns and refunds are described in our Refund Policy. Both are incorporated into these Terms by reference.
All content on the Site, including designs, illustrations, photographs, logos, text, and code, is the property of CozyPawfect or our licensors and is protected by Canadian, US, and international copyright and trademark laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without our express written permission.
If you submit photos, comments, or other content to the Site or our social channels (including for custom portrait requests), you grant CozyPawfect a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free licence to use, display, and reproduce that content in connection with our products and marketing. You represent that you own or have permission to share any content you submit.
You agree not to use the Site to: (a) violate any law; (b) infringe any third-party right; (c) transmit harmful or malicious code; (d) interfere with the Site's operation; (e) attempt to gain unauthorized access to any account or system.
The Site and our products are provided "as is" and "as available." To the maximum extent permitted by law, we disclaim all warranties, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. Hand-embroidered pieces may show minor variations in stitching that are inherent to the craft and are not considered defects.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, in no event shall CozyPawfect, its officers, employees, or agents be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Site or our products. Our total liability for any claim arising under these Terms shall not exceed the amount you paid for the product giving rise to the claim.
You agree to indemnify and hold CozyPawfect harmless from any claim, demand, or expense (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising from your violation of these Terms or your misuse of the Site.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Province of Ontario and the federal laws of Canada applicable therein, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Any dispute arising under these Terms shall be resolved in the courts of Ontario.
We may update these Terms at any time. The updated version takes effect on the date posted. Your continued use of the Site after an update constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
