Every CozyPawfect piece is hand-embroidered to order in the United States or Canada. Please review this policy carefully before placing your order.

Processing time

Because every piece is made-to-order, we take 3–5 business days to embroider, quality-check, and pack your order before it ships. This is how we eliminate overstock and waste.

Shipping rates and delivery times

  • United States: 5–10 business days. Free shipping on orders $125+. Flat rate $4.95 on orders under $125.
  • Canada: 7–14 business days. Free shipping on orders $125+. Flat rate $7.95 on orders under $125.
  • International: Not currently available. Sign up for our newsletter to be notified when we expand.

Order tracking

Once your order ships, you will receive a tracking number by email. Please verify your shipping address at checkout—we cannot redirect packages after they leave our studio.

Lost or delayed packages

If your package has not arrived 14 days after the estimated delivery date, please email hello@cozypawfect.com and we will investigate with the carrier.

Address corrections

Please double-check your address at checkout. If you need to correct an address, contact us within 24 hours of placing your order. Once an order has shipped, we cannot make changes.

Customs and duties

Canadian orders are shipped from a Canadian fulfilment partner; US orders are shipped from a US fulfilment partner. No customs or duties apply to domestic orders within either country.
