At CozyPawfect, every piece is hand-embroidered to order. We stand behind our craft and want you to love what you receive.

14-day return window

You may return unworn, unwashed items in their original condition within 14 days of delivery for a full refund to your original payment method.

What we cannot accept

  • Custom or personalized designs (final sale)
  • Items that have been worn, washed, or damaged by the customer
  • Items returned after the 14-day window
  • Gift cards

How to start a return

  1. Email hello@cozypawfect.com with your order number and reason for return.
  2. We will send a prepaid return label within 2 business days (US and Canada only).
  3. Drop the package at any USPS or Canada Post location.
  4. Refunds are processed to the original payment method within 5–7 business days of receipt.

Exchanges

For size or colour exchanges, please initiate a return and place a new order for the correct item. We will refund the original purchase once the returned item is received in good condition.

Damaged or defective items

If your order arrives damaged or contains a manufacturing defect, please email hello@cozypawfect.com within 7 days of delivery with photos. We will send a replacement at no cost—no return required.

Late or missing refunds

If you have not received your refund within 10 business days after we confirm receipt of your return, please first check with your bank or credit card company, then contact us at hello@cozypawfect.com.
